Okay, so today, well ...tonight sucked. I started off real well today I had a serving of Fiber One and a banana. Then for lunch I ate my leftover oatmeal from yesterday's breakfast. Then I even did okay with dinner eating a half serving of steak and a half serving of mac and cheese and some crowder peas. I went to see my grandmother and she "made me" LOL eat a Krispy Kreme donut. Then she said, "Are you gaining weight?" She has dementia and she always asks me that. So then I came home and fell asleep in the recliner. When I woke up I had serious munchies(probably thanks to the doughnut). The only thing in the fridge was the leftover mac and cheese. I ate all of it (about 3 servings). I was probably ok even with the doughnut until then. That was a half day of calories right there.I probably regained any weight I have lost :(
Lessons learned....record your food and don't eat until you see how many calories you have left.
Go shopping...you have absolutely nothing good for snacks in the house.
Get back on the horse tomorrow.
