Great week this week; 6lb loss! Very happy with that progress.

Have stuck to the Slimming World food optimisation; it's a pretty good way of controlling your diet without being overly prescriptive about it.

From a diabetes perspective, my blood sugars are nicely controlled still; I'm actually kinda looking forward to my HbA1C! :-)

Not a huge drop, but a loss nonetheless! Have been working out this week, but did have a couple of meals out which weren't exactly Slimming World friendly.

Let's hope for even better next week!

Slimming World seems to be working well for me. Also, my blood sugars haven't been under control to this extent in some time.
