I ordered a stability ball to sit on at work. I work 40 hrs a week at a desk, I'm hoping this will help me a little. HAs anyone tried using one at work?

So I know I have not been working out like I should but I am eating good and under at my calories. I'm feeling very stuck!! Some weight for awhile!!
