•Protein: 10 – 35% (average 15%)
•Carbohydrates: 45 – 65% (average 55%)

I put this in here just for my reminding... I tend to eat too many carbs- and then I'm hungry!!!

Does this sound right- I almost think the protein and fat should be switched?

SO my 12yr old came in my bedroom this morning while we were getting ready for school/work and I had a pair of pants on and a cami (hadnt put my sweater on yet)and says "mom when did you get those pants, they look nice". I laughed and told her they have been in my closet for about a year, but I couldn't fit into them until today! That felt awesome!!!!

So I was sick this weekend- didn't eat anything from Friday mid morning until dinner Saturday- just hope this weight loss doesn't just come back on!
