Day 1 with me actually taking this extra diet serious . I am restarting my pro points with weight watchers . So here goes
B/F 3/3/2=8
D 3/3/0/3=9
T 3/3/0/0=6
TOTAL = 26 - 23 = 3
CARRIED FORWARD = 3
WEEKLY TOTAL = 31
And off we go .

. still no more sweets and not been near the scales . I have felt the urge to eat sweets . Maybe because there is not any in the house . Same with the cakes and chocolate, I don't buy it . Leave temptation at the supermarket.
Next thing to get my exercise under control. That ain't going to be easy .

I have made a decision them at I know will help in the long run .
Stopped the sweets / chocolate/ biscuits . Not going any where near the scales for all of this week .
It is just to prove I CAN DO THIS . how about you .
