1st full week . Feel Better in myself.
Like what I am seeing . Weight has not changed , but at least my brain has stopped asking for sweets .

DINNER ..3+3+3+0+0=9
TEA .....0+0+0+3+2=5
TOTAL ...26 -22=4
C/FORWARD ..3+1+4 = 31+8

Slowly getting things under control.
Slow is best .
