Well, since 10/21 I have been holding steady with the typical five pound flex zone during holidays 🍫☺️.
That's good progress for me.

I don't want to post it, but it's true.
Lately I have been holding on feelings that crave comfort and my calories are noticably off track.
This weekend is the transition into May and I have been holding myself back, just in time for summer? No, it's accountability time!
