Well last tuesday i was in a minor car accident. didnt phase me then i had started to do the WII and a bit of continues jogging but by this Monday i has seen the total effect of all of this Tuesday afternoon i went to the Doc unable to lift my arm found out i had jacked up the tendion in my arm now i cant do abs tape no elipitical and i have started to walk again and jog slow but getting back at it. :(

this was a dificult week i did start the WII on Sunday and u used it on monday. I jogged with my son a few days walked to the softball field with my niece and walked after work each day. i am starting to really see the pounds coming off and am thinking of getting down to 180 now i am 24 pounds from 200!

not sure if i am doing the sit-up like i should but i am pulling up as far as i can. I hope that by time i get done with this i can actually do some true sit ups and pull all the way up. my upper body strenth seem to be way weaker then my lower body strenth
