Really mad at myself, I have been not sticking with the plan or anything. Tomarrow is a new day, I went to the store and bought only good things, Cami and I said we are not sticking with the plan at all, so when we weigh in if we gain we owe a $1.00 for every lb gained and $1.00 for everyday we dont journal, and that money goes into a envelope and to which ever one who makes their 1st 30lb goal treat(Brenda a facial, Cami a mani & pedi), and we also get a star for when we exercise 3 times a week for 15mn, that is a start and will increase in a couple weeks.(Doesnt sound like much but what the heck we need to start somewhere.)
I feel terrible none of my work dress pants fit comfortably, or my shirts from last winter and I refuse to go purchase a bigger size, so I need to get my head out of my butt and get to loosing weight. I know I can do it !!!!!!!!!!!

WOW
, went and weighed in after the the terrible cold up 7.6 lbs in two weeks. I walked out of the center got in the truck my husband asked how did you do? I started to cry. The counsler said it could be the medicine, just to really push the water. All I could think is how unfair is it that I cant even go two weeks w/o watching what I eat, I did not even eat really bad I lived of off soup(I figured a little from the sodium), crackers(unsalted), and sandwiches.Then you have those people that can just eat whatever and how much they want and can stay skinny. AHHHHHH.

I took the advice and called the center and put myself on temp. hold. I had to go to the clinic and get medicine I was told at work not to come back untill I had been to the doctor. Still fighting the cold for the third week but at least starting to breath with my nose again, still drained out though. So I will start up again next Monday cold or not.

Afraid to go weigh in, I have had this terrible cold now going on two weeks, have not been following the diet, I cant seam to eat much. Which you would think was a good thing, but I seam to need to eat all the food on the plan to lose weight. All food taste like crap and snot. Now Jaide is home from a week in SD and now she has a cold. So I will just have to go suck it up and go weigh in.This is really frustrated just after losing 3.2 lbs in one week. But I know I can do it I just need to be able to eat and be able to breath decent long enough to exercise.
