so I've been using the Wii fit everyday to work out. I use it for 30 minutes to an hour. However, I am not sure how to record it on the exercise log. Any suggestions?

it's been a rough 2 days, husband was sick and then I was sick and have been very up and down. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

I love to see results and always feel so much better. It's not much but the little things count and it says you are doing well and it is working
