So far, so good. I'm on the same weight as last week's weigh-in, because shark week arrived & I dropped all the water I retained. From next week hubby and I are cleaning up our weekly dinners a bit. And from October I will be joining cross fit classes again.
Let's see what Friday's weigh-in bring!

Managed to get rid of most of the weight since Monday's unofficial weigh-in. Only 500 gr up from my last weigh-in, which I don't think is bad at all!

I've skipped my last two weigh-ins, firstly due to shark week & then after that I got sick, so I REALLY didn't feel like doing anything. My eating habits were horrid, but I'm feeling better now, so I'm back on the horse.
Unofficial weight this morning is 77.1 kg. I'm back on OMAD, so we'll see what happens on Friday when I do an official weigh-in again!
