I must say it is quite freeing not to weigh in every week. I still monitor my weight everyday, but don't care so much about the fluctuations. I'm just 100 gr up from my previous weigh-in, & that is in the middle of shark week. I'm obviously doing something right. Cross fit classes have been great, this week has been a bit disastrous, we've skipped 2 classes already. I'm gonna try my best to get up tomorrow & Friday. I'm also super curious to see what my cm's are!

So, I skipped my weigh-in this Friday, because I decided I will only weigh once a month officially (I will still monitor everyday). Last week started slow with crossfit classes, but this week will be great. I can feel it in my bones! :-) I did manage to get my weight down to 75.1 kg last week. That's a 500 gr loss.

My weigh-in for tomorrow is looking quite promising. I'm going to get some visual aids to help track my and hubby's cm losses. If there is any tips out there it would be much appreciated. I will be taking a before & after pick in a dress that I really want to wear, but can't because I'm just too self conscious (and fat)!

So, despite having a long weekend full of fun activities (Lots of food & alcohol involved), my weight is only up by 300 gr, which I will definitely drop again during this week. I can live with that.
On a new note, hubby has decided that he also needs to loose some weight, because he only now realised that he picked up "a bit" of weight. LOL, so eating has been on par for both of us, but we will be going back to cross fit classes in October, & on top of that do some extra walking & cleaning around the house, & more garden work. We won't be focusing so much on weight loss, but rather visual effects as the cm's drop.
So... watch this space.
