Just don't have the steam I had last night! Last night made it the full circuit and a good jog on the treadmill to boot! Tonight all I got through was half my citcuit and 10 minutes on the treadmill :( Oh well, trainer comes tomorrow and she will get all jillian on me until I look like I walked in from a rain storm.... Just glad my mini road trip didn't put me at a gain!

Tonight while doing my circuit with my trainer she asked if I would be interested in doing some healthy recipe cooking demonstrations at our towns "Get Healthy Colville"...wow, what an honor! Of course I said YES!! Really confirms how far I have come!

hmmmm, still up a pound since outback steakhouse...was it worth it? um, NO...but I didn't go over in calories very much so I know its not a true gain. Will just be patient and I know the results will come. Trainer came last night and kicked my butt! I was completely soaked when we were done with an hour of circuit. Worked a lot on the bag, so really feeling it in my legs today! thought for sure I would be back to last weeks weight today :( wonder why I stall a bit for a few weeks and then drop like 3-4 pounds in a week? Time to tweek my diet and workouts a bit and see what happens!
