Ok, three days on the road and I did BAD...first day I started out strong, but got weaker with my choices as the days progressed.... so now its going to take at least a week, maybe more to get back in the swing of it and the scale moving down again :(

At my hair appointment today my hairdresser was telling me all about her Grandma and Aunt have lost a bunch of weight with "drops" they put under their tongue....ugh...HCG is everywhere now :( I about had a mini fit and told her I would print out all the info I could for her to give to her Grandma. She said during the whole visit her Grandma was exhausted and slept alot...well...DUH! Can't they see what they are doing to themselves :( I told her in the same amount of time I have lost 10 pounds more than her Grandma, I eat everything I want to eat, I have tons of energy and I feel wonderful!

Had a KICK ASS workout.....pushed my self on the circuit, even though it was hard getting through the first round...I felt better and better, did the whole hour then got in 20 minutes on the treadmill too :) feelin good!
