The workout is getting a little easier. This is day 7. Was finally able to do the butt kicks...before now my knee/calves just could not handle it...maybe ready for level 2!

Getting a little discouraged. Day 6 of Jillian Michaels shred program and I have gained a pound in the last week. I have been watching my calorie intake...so this sucks! I know it's not uncommon to gain a little when starting such a program...but it's kind of demotivational!
