Note :
1. Bb sempet 95an kg awal tahun 2020
2. Akhir februari coba rutinin lari (belum start diet)
3. Terus konsisten lari pagi akhirnya tersadar ke berat badan/pola diet, performa fisik
3. Akhir mei udah tau konsep defisit kalori
4. Mulai defisit kalori tanggal 1 juni secara akurat (start di BB 88,5 kg)
5. Ketika defisit kalori mengombinasikan lari + Resistance Training
6. Juni, Juli, Agustus, sampai september hari ini konsisten dengan semua hal itu
7. hari ini Bb antara 69-70 kg
