Okay, Think Thin, Think Thin, Think Thin. See yourself Thin, Positive Thoughts. Eat in moderation and stop eating when you are comfortably satisfied. This is how life should be lived. Before you eat, check your hunger cues. When you eat listen to your hunger cues. When you are done eating, give God the Glory for guiding you with your transformed life style and transformed mind. I am not on any diet, I am not counting calories or fat, and I don't deny myself anything. That is how it should be. Thank you Jesus.

Eating without a care lately. What is wrong with me. I love when I am so in tune with my body and hunger cues. But, when I eat just to eat, I feel miserable. Lord, forgive me for being selfish in my eating, disregarding your cues and guidance, and overeating. I pray Lord Jesus that this week, I will bless you in my eating, and lean on your for guidance and listen go the hunger cues you give me. Amen

I sure love the taste of food, why does it have to make us fat? Well, overeating does or in my case it is slowing down any weight loss I could have achieved. Habits can be good or bad, time to improve my habits and God I can't do this on my own. Give me strenght. Amen.
