Haven't been recording properly in a while. Working a lot kinda gets in the way, and I frequently just forget that I'm supposed to.
I am making sure to keep my calories down. I almost never eat at work, I don't wanna pay mall prices for the shit food that's available in our shit mall. I'll bring homemade dinner left overs on occasion, but I usually just survive on energy drinks for my usually 5-6 hour shifts. Not healthy, I know, but I only allow myself energy drinks on the days I work, and only one small can. And frequently I'll only drink like 3/4 of it, anyway. I record it as the full can anyway just because it's easier that way.
I'm not trying to make excuses or anything, but this job is just exhausting, physically and mentally. Mentally, more so I think.

VERY much over-eating this last week or so. I blame it on hormones and the insane amount of hard labor I'm doing setting up the Halloween store. But most of that labor is over, it should be much lighter and easier from now on, and I'll be back on track in no time.
I still hurt so bad...
