Copied others for dinner with a shakshuka, a bit customized. That's red bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, spices (garlic, paprika, cumin, cilantro, red & black pepper) and eggs. To give it an Atlas accent, I used harissa in addition to red pepper flakes, then added protein with turkey ham bits and some ground beef (kept it halal, must also be great with lamb). That 8" pan contains 390 kcal in equal fat/prot/carb calorific proportions. 1 oz of beef + 3 slices of turkey account for 110 kcal. Easy to think of sides, potatoes, pasta, rice, or simply pita bread.
