Chose eastern Spain influence this weekend with a zarzuela, a fish and seashell stew with onions, bell peppers, tomatoes (sofrito), white wine, almonds, herbs and spices including saffron, fish (swordfish), shrimps, squid, clams and mussels. 4 servings of ~500 kcal in that claypot plus optional bread (100 kcal/slice) and saffron brown rice (190 kcal per uncooked 1/4 cup).
