Journal-ing is pretty much 'thinking out aloud' and formalising my eating plan for the week / day for me. Firstly, I've re-set my goal weight to reflect my immediate short-term goal. Right now set to get to pre-pregnancy weight. Once I'm there I'll set my next short term goal. It just seems much more attainable and focused this way! Secondly, fast days this week likely to be later in the week (thinking Thursday or Friday and Sunday). A few days of travel, birthday etc coming up, so impossible to fast. Have a happy and healthy week everyone! Let's do this.

Steady weight after yesterday's fast. I'm pleased. I had two days of real feasting (pizza, milkshake...) in-between my fast days. Things will be back to normal when I return home around mid-week next week. Next few days will be full on sociable on the eating front, but that's okay! I'm so pleased with this 'diet', I don't even want to call it a diet. I just feel so much better, I don't want to speak too early, but my skin looks better, my energy levels are better, particularly just after a fast day. As long as I keep dropping around 0.5kg a week, I'm thrilled! Can't wait to introduce exercise too when I'm back home!
