I walked 5 miles today :) Had to do it by myself because my walking partner has kids and isn't always available, but that's ok :) It's such a nice path. My quest of keeping up with 35 grams of fiber has been going well. H2O intake could be better :) I suspect with the warmer weather it won't be a problem. I'm feeling...genuinely...happy :)

Tuesday: 30 mins at 3.5mph/10 mins at 3mph= 237 calories
Wednesday: 2hrs at 2.5mph=650 calories
Looking good :)

Last night I did:
10 mins@ 2.5=56
20 mins@ 3=123
10 mins@ 3.5=71
Grand total:
250 calories burned.
Not too shabby :)
2300-1710=590
590+250=840 calorie deficit.

Hmmm I guess my workout isn't doing as much as I thought. LOL Either that or I've lost enough weight where I need to step things up. Shoot.
It used to be that 2mph at 10 mins and 3mph at 20 mins was 300 calories, now it's only 165. I'll count my cleaning calories in for today and then hop on it tomorrow again! That's kinda depressing. LOL
Oh well :) I've been eating very well and I feel GREAT! (A new man will do that for you!)

It's ON. Take a look at the menu. All homemade. All good for me. Little high on the fat but it's all good fats for the most part. (I did steal some menu ideas from my restaurant, but of course I don't know the exact recipes so we're safe I think!) I'm hopping on the scale and the treadmill in just a few mins, which I know will be up as I haven't been able to stop eating. But I'm back baby :D
