It was a beautiful weekend sun and all. Camping was exactly what I needed, a time out, not from my WOE I did that, maybe a little low on calories but not by much. Still no loss on the scale this morning :( but no gain either :). I will see how the week goes with the higher calories hopefully it will get things moving again. Have a great week everyone be good to yourselves. :)

The dreaded but much loved weekend is upon us again, two days that test our resolve and leave some doing a happy dance and others trying to kick their own butts on Monday morning. It really is just two days what makes those two such a test to get through, its like running a gauntlet..lol. Will we make it past the pizza and beer or laites and doughnuts? Can we say NO to the cake and cookies that appear out of no where on the weekend? Will we wake up Monday morning sad and mad or slim with a grin? Lets not let the weekend take away all we did for the week. We will not cheat this weekend....we can do this. :)

Yesterday was 1700 calories, I had a hard time eating 200 calories more after 8 months at 1500. I was satisfied at 1500 but realize my calories are to low. I know you have to eat more to lose but after years of dieting the word LESS is engraved in the diet part of my brain. Trying to get the calories without the carbs is a challenge but I like challenges....speaking of that..ARE YOU READY GREEN! time to kick some yellow butt. :)

Ok I have been over and over my food journal and see that I have never gone over 1500 average calories for the month. I have tried a few days and see the scale go up so I backed off never giving my body a chance to adjust. I have always been satified where my calories are at, just not hungry for more. The moral of the story is more calories less Lenny..lol. So up go the calories and hopefully down goes the weight. I know we have to eat to lose but thought if I'm not hungry why eat, I eat really well but now I will eat even better. Wish me Luck :)

I feel like the weather today, dull and lifeless. I am still trying to work a count on my menu to get things moving again. I lose then go up and have to lose the gain and hope to have a loss. I am sticking to my menu. If my calories are to high I gain but I don't want them to low either. I thought maybe because of the 55lb loss that maybe I don't need that many calories now and they should be lowered :( . I have tried raising them but the scale goes up...its like being between a rock and a hard place, chicken or feathers, you get the idea. Hopefully I will find the magic number and get things moving again. What would I be doing if I wasnt doing this?
