I struggled for the last nine months with controlling my calorie intake. A lot of it was mindless eating and sugar cravings. At the same time I was taken off my anxiety medication and feel this may have had an adverse effect on me. As well, was taken off my pain medication in early spring. I believe my physical pain and anxiety caused me to derail all of my previous efforts at diet and exercise.

I have finally (Sunday) begun to journal, track and mindfully eat. A new beginning - a journey/path not well traveled for some time!

Upset with myself for letting food control me and not the other way around. Time for a wake up call and change for the better

Dealing with chronic pain and eating more. Need to find comfort in something other than food these days. Very sad.
