So been slipping big time this week. Only 1 workout!!! Ouch!! and I have ate out 2wice! 2 days of more calories in that out.

Double ouch.

This sat was a high sabbath because it was also the day of atonement! Which was great! Its also a day of fasting which honestly was no problem! I loved every min of it. My hubby also decided to order pizza with soda after it was over so I really overate!!I really need to step it up this next week. Planning for 6 days of working out and good healthy eating. Man oh man I hope I havent gained back any weight. Id be happy with a steady after this week. Its time like this where I say forget it. But I have to keep pushing.

I have also been rather pre occupied with searching for cheap land in tx on the internet to purchase this week- which I am finding quite difficult if you dont wanna move to the west texas desert on the mexico border- i dont btw- lol hubby also lost his wallet so we spent a whole day driving around to socialsecurtity office dl office and police station- fun fun that led to the first fast food day bc I was sooo tired!

Oh my... everything inside of me is saying go eat a slice of pizza with chocolate chips on top- can you say fatty mc fat!

Found out some foods were unclean yesterday due to ground up bugs and such! Yuck. So that cut out a lot of proccesed food of my diet. Im sure this will help me reach my goals :)

Also my husband and some friends of ours have decided to purchase some land and learn how to build our own house! Excited!! Cant wait to learn to be self suffecient! Did you know there are solar panaels and generators that you can use with no electric bill- and run lcd tvs and everything on them?! Crazy, the things you find on youtube!

Diet wise, I have done pretty well. I did end up having two "spike days" but a calorie deffiency on both. It is comming off, which is amazing. Only 5.5 pounds to my mini goal of 175! Yay!! Then I will set my goal for another 15 placing me at 160!! I havent been that weight since I was 17 :)) Wow Im getting old!Then another 15, placing me at 145 and When I finaly get below 150 I think I will treat myself to a body bug, maybe. My hubby is 150 and ive never weighed less than him so that is super exciting!!! :)

I can do it, and everyone reading this can too!!!
