I'm happy about this since my first weigh in was an estimate. I was actually about 132 when starting, so yay! I can definitely already feel the difference. Ready to keep it going!

I have been so bad about getting on here! I really need to stick to this, because I know it will help. School started (late, thanks polar freeze!)and my schedule is already packed. I don't know how I'll find time to do anything but study. However, I tend to eat less during school, since there literally isn't time for it. Hopefully I can use the cut in calories to cut the bad ones.
Can't wait to go grocery shopping (15 year old me would be dying right now!) I need to bring food to campus so I spend less. $1.50 for ONE yogurt?! No thanks, I'll buy bulk packs.
It's hard to add things to this site that aren't already listed. I created a recipe for a soup that I make, but I changed some of the measurements and ingredients. I also divided the servings unevenly -- I only have no much Tupperware! All of these variables make it impossible to accurately calorie-count what I'm eating. At least I know it's good for me!
Okay back to the textbooks... and that yogurt!

Goal for today/rest of the week: start getting active and measure portions!
So my New Year really starts today, since my boyfriend and I decided to hole up watching tv and ordering Chinese food yesterday. It was glorious and I wish everyday could be like that...
... except that I feel so gross. My stomach constantly feels like its so full, even if I'm starving. It's just out there, in the way, all inflexible. I'm guessing it's mostly from all the alcohol consumption in the past week, which I will aim to decrease when school starts up on Monday. Greg will be happy - drinking makes him sick, so he's always judgy and no fun when we go out. But that's a can of worms not worth opening on here!
My horoscope for 2014 says it will be an adventure year for me, and I should let my creative juices flow because my efforts will be rewarded. Despite belief of truth on those readings, I'm definitely going to roll with it because it sounds promising! I want to WANT to be in a bikini all summer; I know it's an attainable goal if I can just stay committed and motivated.

I'm going to pretend this weekend didn't happen. I was sick on and off a lot. I saw a *very* unflattering photo of myself, and it hurt to look at. No more.
I'm excited for tomorrow because I'm officially starting my healthy efforts 100%, but also a little nervous because I'm afraid it won't go as well as I hope. My income will be decreasing because I got less hours at work for the next four months, which will definitely affect my ability to eat healthier. I will have to work on budgeting, like REAL budgeting.
Hopefully the new year will bring a new me!

Christmas was full of temptation, and I avoided it by being sick. I was in bed all day yesterday. However I've been sent home with enough cookies and chocolate to keep Santa going for weeks, so I'll have to be mindful of how much of it I'm eating.
Really tired today, and nobody is in the office. Going to try to recuperate and drink lots of water.
