Well, tomorrow is weigh in and of course I feel bloated & yuck from my "friendly female visitor". I'm trying to up my green tea intake to get some of this water retention out of me. Surprisingly though I have no cravings for sweets this month...yay! I just hope my slip up of cake and ice cream on mother's day doesn't affect the weigh in too much. Oh well, next Friday will be better no matter what tomorrow brings.

So, as I promised to myself (why? why? why?), I posted a new pic after 22lb weight loss for motivation. I see no difference from the last and the only motivation I'm getting out of it is to hurry and lose another 20 so I can get a different one up! ha ha! I guess any motivation is good though!

I'm need to pick up my cardio and I am sure I'll do better. It's kind of hard to get your heart rate up walking with a 2 year old! ha ha! But, a 4lb loss is good with me! I'm going for 5 next week..I can do it!

I am amazed at how the people who I thought were my support, try to make me cheat! Last night was Mother/Daughter dinner and my mom did everything except pay me to try and cheat "just this one time". I prevailed and insisted she drop it and I would eat when I got home. My in-laws do the same thing to me. This will be my 4th weigh in tomorrow and can happily say that nobody has talked me into anything!!

I'm really anxious for weigh in this week. I hope it's what I expect it to be. I have done tons of exercise and from day 1 have not slipped up even slightly! Montego Bay, here I come!! (In December of course!)
