lost another 5 lbs. fell off the wagon for a while and trying to refocus again. I had to focus and vision where I wan to be in the future. it does feel good losing a total weight of 50 lbs. I have plenty of energy and no longer tired all the time. I can't wait until I reach my target weight.

lost another 5lbs this week. Been tough for the last month with all the birthday parties. just glad I didn't gain any weight.

only lost 5 lbs this month. I'm disappointed but I'm sticking with my diet. my body is waking up with plenty of energy. I'll be going to the gym to get back in shape.

another 5 lbs lost. I know I'm doing good, but my goal was to lose 40 lbs in 2 months, not 35 lbs. I am kind of disappointed, but I'm still making progress. I'm moving on and not giving up.

Down another 5 pounds this week. it's getting easier to resist temptation. can't really see it in the mirror, but can feel a difference in my clothes. no more holding onto something to stand up. legs are supporting my body without any assistance. I feel great.
