This gain could have been so much worse! Need to get back on it right now though. Have trackers lined up. Got the Eating Well ones that worked for me before. One is filled out. Now, where did I put those other ones???

Upper wisdom tooth out. Misery. And sick of only soft foods. Silver lining? Down 5 lbs in a week. Made some good choices, sherbert instead of ice cream, fat free pudding, sugar free jello, fat free yogurt and milk in smoothies with well-blended fruit in them. But I was sick to my stomach and hardly ate at all for a couple of days. Still can't chew much for a while. Tried pasta, that was good, I think I might be on the mend now. Will try to keep my tummy shrunk up after I can eat regular again. And am preparing how to avoid going back to my bad eating habits like junk at work.

Actually, I've dropped 2 pounds since last week, it's just that I'd lost again (how does that happen!) and gained back 1/2 the weight I lost and couldn't bear to weigh in. Back on track again, hope I can keep from bouncing off the rails again.
