Perjalanan 3 bulan.
Gak terasa udah turun 10 kilo.
Pdhl dulu diet cuma angan2 aja. Haha

Review Water Fasting Day-2 dan Day-3
Day-2: keroncongan semakin jarang, badan sedikit lebih cepet capek tapi gak papa. Selain itu gak ada keluhan. Gw masih bisa sepedaan ke kantor, PP 9 kilo.
Day-3 : keroncongan hampir gak ada, sangat baik2 saja. Tp menjelang jam ke 72, lidah rasanya udah aneh untuk minum air putih (rasa air nya tuh kayak pas kita minum lg demam). Selebih nya aman, badan tetep fit.
Berat badan turun :
Day-1 : 0.5 kg
Day-2 : 0.5 kg
Day-3 : 1.3 kg
Sehari setelah buka puasa (makan malem sekitar 600 kal), turun :1.2 kilo lg.
Sampe sekarang badan gw tetep oke dan gak ngerasa sakit apa2.
Notes : Water fasting ini gak boleh sering2. Memang baik untuk detox tubuh, tp kurang baik utk lambung.
