Down 3 pounds but up in body fat %, down in lean body mass and up in waist circumference. Not feeling very positive if I’m being honest

Down in pounds and in waist circumference. However, body fat increased a bit and lean body mass dropped about a pound and a half.

Been noticing a change in my body by introducing more fatty fish like tuna and salmon as well as adding an avocado a couple times a week. Somehow eating more fats are appearing to lean me out a bit. Won’t know for sure until a couple of weeks pass 🤷🏻♂️

I was looking back on my fitness journey when I rediscovered this. In August of 2021, I didn’t think I was lean at all. Finding this today makes me realize just how critical of myself I was and how far I’ve come to give myself grace with my body image.
