It has been awhile. A long while, but here I am trying to gain control over my eating again. Lately it has been terrible, an under eating then over eating cycle that never stops. It needs to stop, its not healthy and I end up feeling worse.
I was afraid to get on the scale today. Really afraid. But I need to know where I am and this is my new line. It will not go up, only down from here.
My first goal is to start recording again. To see where I am. Next I will try to lower my calories to 1500 and add in healthier alternatives. Finally I will add in exercises.
I don't know if what I am doing is a good idea/or on the right track or not. I am trying to do baby steps to change my lifestyle. Hopefully this year I can keep on track.
