aaahhhh..... i just updated my mini-goals and i am FEELING GOOD!!! ;) i'm almost through with the first week of phase one on SouthBeach and it is going splendidly. i love coming up with new creative ways to cook phase one dinners that my family can enjoy (although i give them some carbs with theirs... otherwise they might revolt.. hahaha)

well well...

it's my first time back on here since about the first trimester of my pregnancy.. i'm happy to report that i now have a beautiful, eight-week-old baby girl named Irene Hannah!! She was 9lb 7oz and 21 inches long at birth..
I am breastfeeding her and it's going very well in terms of milk production, but I've reached a plateau with my initial post-partum weight loss. I've had trouble with my older two losing weight while nursing.. (it seems to affect my milk production) but I'm thinking this time if I take it slow (just a pound a week) that it will go well for me.
Good to be back!!!!
