Two things to share. First, when I was on weight watchers, it DID work. But, with hubby losing his job and our family having to move and sell our home, it has been a hectic journey. I had to give up on the $49/month weight watchers and my YMCA membership, where I worked out 3-5 times a week. UGH UGH!! GRRR.

Second, I've been kidding myself. I've been eating as healthy as I could, and boy I have been working out on doing yard work on this 2 acre fixer upper. My calves, thighs and stomach muscles don't know what hit them. I can barely walk down a flight of stairs, which I do about 10 times a day since this is a 2 story home. Why, God, oh why have I gained 7 lbs in the last 2 months?
Grossly sharing, I now weigh 180. I found my scale amongst all this junk and it made me so sad.

Ok, this just means I need to cut something out. I love food and hate dieting, so maybe I can just make the meals smaller? I'll try this today.

Again, the first day of the rest of my life, ahead of me a g a i n.
