My niece graduates college on Friday from my alma mater.SO,I feel the extra pressure this week to lose like 20 lbs.Of course I know that ain't happening.lol.But I am definately kicking it up a notch.WATER is my friend!!(and in turn so is the restroom).Its kinda sad-but I actually hope no one recognizes me.Its besides the weight thing-its also because I'm unemployed at the moment.So,its not necessarily the "return" I want to exploit.lol.

Beautiful glorious day out!!Plan on taking the kiddos out for a picnic.And to get ready for tomorrows birthday party.
This morning was funny-because I consciously toasted myself an english muffin to eat with my bacon and eggs(like a sandwhich).Mind you,I used to live on those things from mcdonalds.And I'm sitting down to eat and ...I couldnt do it.It wasnt even where I was denying myself,I just didnt have an urge or the feeling for the english muffin-so I went ahead and tore off the bun and ate the rest.So,its a funny Great feeling-to shake off some of the bad habits and unhealthy urges.
Now-tomorrows cake might be a different story-but I've got me some healthy alternatives.And I'm putting on my one size too small pants-So,I wont "feel" like "just one bite won't hurt hurt".LOL.Bring it on.
