So far, so good. Just have to remember that lbs come off slowly; not as fast as they went on....I ate more pasta than I should have this past week, but tried to keep the fat grams down.

I haven't been very loyal to my diet the past 2 days--not seriously bad, but bad enough. I will weigh in tomorrow after 1 week using this site.

I was able to get into my jeans that have been hanging in the closet for months. Was a great suprise. So far, staying on track....

This is my second day with FatSecret.. I really like the way my calories are counted for me. This really makes me think twice before putting food in my mouth.

Began my weight loss plan on Jan 1; first started on a low carb plan, but changed to low cal a week or so ago. Since Jan 1, I have lost 8 lbs. My weight was 153 on 1/1. I just registered today on this site; hope I find it useful. I discovered on this site that I chose the wrong salad at Appleby's yesterday; it was very high in calories.
