Not been on in a while (oh ok, I admit it 9 months!)But from my new pic... I'm doing fabulously! Gone is the long hair, hello vixen short bob and oh oh oh... I have not only got a waist back but a cute little behind as well!

What got me back on track? Well, I have to be honest... it was the commute into work - not only was I offered a seat on the train for 5 days running (did I look preggers??), one day I was offered a seat not once, twice or thrice but a whopping 4 times in 1 day! And that was it! I got home, chucked out all offending food items and stocked up on veg, fruit and lean protein! (Oh and it did help that my chest freezer packed up without warning and I only found out 2 weeks later - omg... the memory of the smell still makes me gag!)

I've got a very long way to go to get to goal (or should I say, where I would like to be) but my incentive is a size 10/12 (UK) bikini which I've had my eye on to take with to Turkey for my mother's 50th birthday in June!
