It's been a roller coaster. I got up to 20 lbs additional weight in this time but I'm back.. and on point. Weighed in today because I actually felt the weightloss.

Well well well. Here I am. Still at 208. My weight has been 208 for 47 days now. No big secret happening here. I haven't been tracking macros, I've been eating home made keto sweets, probably not drinking enough water, and too many "off" days. This would be great if I was about finished my weight goals but I have at least 40 lbs to go. So, it's back to basics.....
I've reviewed my old charts to remember what I was eating and decided to create some "standards" for salads, and the veggies I like to eat. I'm good at prepping so no problems there. Sticking to only stevia, no more Fat Head pizza (cheese is my only dairy but I didn't do pizza when I started), and back to tracking. I'm going back to what worked. Plain and simple.
I had hoped to be in under 200 lbs by Thanksgiving..I still might make it!

Just a little bit of a struggle going on. Not eating carbs - well, bad carbs, just hungry a lot so eating 3 times a day and not measuring. Seems I'm in maintenance mode when I should still be in weight loss mode. ha ha! Been using liquid splenda too which may have stalled me - not sure. I suppose its time for me to get my ketone strips for my little machine and buckle down to get rid of these last 30+ lbs. Ugh!

Lots been happening since my last journal entry. I moved from one apartment in my building to another - WHAT A MISTAKE. Bigger space but the noise level is ridiculous. There's a dance club across from the building - you can imagine the noise from 1:30 am to 3:30 am (and I've call the police station about monitoring them)AND the building sits at the corner of two major streets - my goodness, my apartment SHAKES and the car noise (honking, loud music, etc.) is unbearable during the day. I am so tired - you know, that kinda tired where you still have to get up but you lack the proper sleep?
Nonetheless, I got up and walked to weigh in. My weight has been fluctuating between 210-215 for the last 22 days. It's all good. When things settle down so will my stress level. I weighed in today at 210 - good. I expect to be extremely close to Onederland by the end of the month if not sooner. I'm patient. I've waited all my life to successfully lose weight. No point in getting all anxious about it now!

Been flipping between 215 and 214 for the last couple of weeks. But that's all over now! Just 1lb from my short term goal of 209. Wow. Onederland..here I come! This girl is on fire!
