I'm not supposed to be weighing in daily, but I check my weight EVERY morning and EVERY night. Not the healthiest habit, I know. Something to work on. Feeling happy though to find my numbers going down. I missed pilates this morning, but have had hour long walks in the evening. I will do stairmaster this PM in addition to a walk to keep the progress going. Thought if I put it on FS I'd hold myself more accountable because I don't want to be dishonest.😊

Losing 1.0 kg a Week

Another week of consistency. Not completely surprising that I had zero movement of the scale. Another weekend of NO ALCOHOL! Three weekends in a row may not seem like much to some, but for me its an accomplishment! Im headed camping next weekend so I will imbibe, but since it's planned I feel pretty great about it.
Goals for next week include 30-45 mins walk after dinner, and 2 days of pilates in the morning, and 2-3 days of cardio in the pm. Hope your Father's Day has been a joyous one. Make it a great day everyone!

Another pound down. Slowed progress is still progress. Had 1 day cardio as compared to 5 days the previous week. It makes a difference on weigh in day. Probably didn't help that I ate an entire Lilly's chocolate bar.(It fit into my calories and macros but still not the best choice) I know it's all about consistency, and 2 solid weeks of consistency feels like a win. Did I mention I succeeded in NOT drinking this weekend again? HUGE win for me!🥳
