Keeping off the 25 pounds I had gained after the hospital in June of 2016. Weight is staying steady. I can't exercise, but I am moving more. 1800 substainable carb diet

So I restarted my journey because I am in diabetic trouble. I put the weight I was on Wednesday which was 169.6 pounds. But weighed myself on Friday to find I was actually 167.4 pounds. Today is Saturday, I was curious so I pulled out the scale, I now weigh 165.6 pounds! I lost 1.8 pounds in 1 day! So here is the math: September: weight was 219.0, did not weigh myself for two months. November 11th weighed 171.4 pounds. November 18th weighed 169.6 pounds. November 20th weighed 167.4 pounds. November 21st weigh 165.6 pounds. Total weight loss to today is 53.4 pounds! Too much too fast. I'm always thirsty, hardly ever hungry, and when I do eat I feel like I'm going to throw it all back up. I drink 8 to 10 32oz cups of water a day! That's 256 to 320oz's per day and I pee it all out! I believe I am in DKA: Diabetic Ketoacidosis. And I don't have the money to fix it. I'm going to end up in the hospital....and I can't afford that either. I will lose another 16.2 pounds by the end of the month if I continue to lose 1.8 pounds per day, that will put me at 149.4 pounds. I think I will have to weigh myself everyday, but I don't want to get scared....

Actual starting weight will be 219 pounds weighed on September 15, 2015. current weight loss to today is 49.2 pounds. I am averaging a loss of 3 pounds per week.

Having problems with weight loss. Last week I weighed 171.4 pounds, now I lost 3.4 pounds without trying. It's either the diabetes or something else is wrong. My blood sugars are running high, in the 300's can't take my insulin as we can't afford my needles. I will weigh myself every Friday and see if the loss continues. I'm not exercising, and I am always thirsty. I'd rather have water than food. Eating makes me sick for hours, so much that I just avoid food. I do eat but only once per day, it's all I can handle.
