I started taking care of my body on january 4th 2009 i weighed 275 lbs and had a 56 in. belly size 40 jeens 3X shirts. may 1st 38in belly 34 jeens 1X shirts. going to hit the cardio hard for the next 3 monthes, and see what happens!
