Well, i have always stuggled with weight. It didn't help that i had a baby almost a year ago. So i will start my diet (Fat Smash) on Januart 29th. I am scared yet excited. If anyone has any recipe's for phase 1 please help me out and share them i would appriciate any recipe you can dig out. Thank you, and also any helpful hints would be good too.
