Hi, I'm Hilde and I'm 52 years old. I have fought the weight battle on and off for most of my adult life. Twice I have lost 40+ pounds, only to slowly gain it back. Since I have passed through menopause, now it is REALLY hard for me to keep from gaining unless I really exercise and watch what I eat. I just finished my second season of triathlons, and love to swim, bike and run and do one or more of those most days of the week, and yet I still have 20-ish pounds I want to lose. I'm hoping this site will keep me motivated and hold me accountable for what I eat!
