Im married in my 40s. I am a nurse and have no kids...
Im have been on the atkins off and on and now Im back along with taking Advocare products as well as being in an excercise boot camp 3 days a week with my brother Gray ( in the picture with me while visiting Spain). I have found that I have to seriously eat healthy and avoid all high fat stuff ( butter cheese and alcohol) . as of one week ago I got my cholesterol down 45 points in 60 days. I decided I was not going to be put on one more drug on top of all my others ( I have Rhuematoid Arthritis). So happily no more blood work for a full year! I wish the weight would drop as fast as the cholesterol!
