I am a 31 year old mother of 2 that has just gotten too busy with life. I let myself go and found myself way overweight. I have struggled in the past with weight loss and did LA weightloss in the past. I lost the weight but it all came back within a couple of years. I am now doing the SBD since Jan 2, 2007 and I have a new perspective in life. This is a way of living not dieting. I have just downloaded this new picture of me as of 07/10/07 and I have lost 36 pounds so far. I have a little ways to go yet and am looking for the support of friends that are going through the same thing.
