I am a 28 year old, married, mother of one. I am employed fulltime and I am in grad school for my MBA part-time. I have just 2 remaining classes for my MBA. I met my husband 8 years ago in college. We both were quite thin, I worked out almost everyday for a good hour in the gym. In addition to the gym, I walked about 3-4 miles a day on campus. I never viewed this walking as exercise. The following eight years was a steady stream of gaining weight.
I had many complications during my pregnancy with my son and finally decided enough is enough. If I wanted to have another child, I needed to get healthy again. My husband and I had originally decided to try for another one in Aug 2011. I have already decided that if I am not healthy enough, we will delay a little longer.
My first goal is to reach 199 pounds, that will put me in the no longer 200+ range.
My second and perhaps ideal weight is 140 lbs. I'm determined to get there, its just going to take some work.
