I have lost and gained over 140 pounds four times in my life. This is lucky #5!! Every time i vow to keep it off forever.... So this time i will say i will do my best to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. Just ready to do this and doing it a different way this time... Tracking my calories and excersize and reading about others going through the same things i am will hopefully help..... Looking forward to results.....
