33 years old. Last few months weight has gone up due to stress eatings and nite munchies. Family history of diabetes makes me want to get healthy even more. Determined to lose the weight and keep it off this time. What set me off was a family pic, i could not recognize myself LOL Trying to find ways of not emotion or stress eat, doing alot of yoga it helps :)
