Hi!

Recently decided to it was time to drop some pounds and get into shape. My 15 year old son (the oldest) and I decided to start lifting weights and we are loving it. I lifted (not seriously at all) many many years ago. It is nice getting back into it and especially with my son.

On top of that I have also started eating a ton better, exercising way more than just lifting weights and am loving how I am feeling.

Dropped 10 pounds right off the git go, which I knew I would. Every time I start eating a little better, BAM ... ten pounds drops. It the 11th and 12th pound that are hard lol but I am starting to see some movement on that!

I started at 200+ pounds but didn't start using FS until I was down to 190. I hope to get down to 175 and would love to go even further.

Currently using these apps to fulfill my geeky side and look at numbers and stuff :). Over all not to worried about the numbers. Just happy I am feeling better.

And while working out with my 15 year old is blast!!! I am also very happy to here the 2 "littles" (8 year old daughter, 10 year old son) have also joined in here and there. Actually more often than not at least one of them is with us!! My other daughter gets a ton of exercise (multiple sports almost all year) and doesn't have much interests in weight lifting.
