I'm 20yrs old and have a wonderful boyfriend. I wrestled in high school [girls varsity heavyweight] and went from 182 down to 170 in about 2 months while eating very crappy foods and eating too much of everything. I then broke my ankle during a match, my boyfriend at the time broke up with that same weekend. I got very depressed and ate constantly and got up to 195 then my best friend passed away and it climbed to 225. I'm using fatsecret.com as a tool to my success.
